The Musqué is the most pronounced grape from the Sauvignon Blanc family. It thrives on our Single Vineyard 'Griva' thanks to the personal attention of Michael Griva. All grapes are hand-picked in six or seven times. One grape riper than the other, for a balanced and rich flavor palette.
The wine is given extra depth by adding a portion of Semillon. And is allowed to rest for a few months in thirty-year-old French oak barrels to allow the flavors to marry well. This is how we create a crisp, refreshing and powerful Sauvignon Blanc with the aromas of grapefruit and the clear taste of tropical fruit, lime and grapefruit peel.
